JUDGMENT
[1]The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear the Claimant’s claims brought under case reference 1311402/2021 for the reasons set out below.[2]The claimant lacks the necessary two years continuous service required under section 108(1) Employment Rights Act 1996 to bring her unfair dismissal claim.[3]The claimant’s claims of sex discrimination under the Equality Act 2010 (EA) were presented to the tribunal after expiry of the time limit specified in section 123(1)(a) EA for bringing such a claim and it is not just and equitable to extend that time limit under section 123(1)(b) EA.
