The Claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By an Order dated 6 December 2021 the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the Claim should not be struck out because the Claimant had not complied with Orders of the Tribunal and the Claim has not been actively pursued.[2]Specifically, as set out in the Case Management Summary of the Hearing on 3 December 2021, the Claimant has failed to comply with the Orders of Employment Judge Monk dated 22 June 2021 to provide medical evidence and a statement related to her alleged disability. Further, she has not corresponded at all with the Tribunal or the Respondent since some time before those Orders were made.[3]The Claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or any representations at all, why her Claim should not be struck out and has not requested a hearing. The Claim is therefore struck out.[4]It is also noted that the Claimant has failed to comply with my Order that she explain by 17 December 2021 why she did not attend the Case Management Hearing on 3 December 2021 nor provide any explanation beforehand for her non-attendance.
