JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for unfair dismissal was brought outside of the statutory time limit provided by section 111 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear it.[2]The claim for unlawful deductions of wages was brought outside the statutory time limit pursuant to section 23 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 and the tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear it.[3]The claim for race discrimination was brought outside of the statutory time limit provided by 123 of the Equality Act 2010 and the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear it.[4]In the circumstances all claims are dismissed.
