JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim for holiday pay is dismissed on the claimant confirming he has received all sums due from the respondent.[2]The claimant’s claim that the respondent failed to pay him his full entitlement to a redundancy payment is dismissed on the claimant confirming he has received all sums due from the respondent.[3]The claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is struck out under rule 37(1)(b), (c) and (d) of Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 on the grounds that the manner in which the claimant has conducted the proceedings has been unreasonable, he has failed to comply with an order of the tribunal and his claim has not been actively pursued.
