JUDGMENT
(1) The claimant’s claims for unfair dismissal is dismissed. It was not reasonably practicable for the claimant to have brought his complaints within the statutory time limits in s111(2)(a) but he then failed to bring his claim within a further reasonable period of time. The employment tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider this claim.(2) The claimant’s complaint of unlawful disability discrimination is dismissed. It was not brought within the statutory time limit in s123(1) of the Equality Act 2010 nor was it brought within a period which I jurisdiction to consider that claim. found to be just and equitable. The employment tribunal does not have
