JUDGMENT
UPON the claimant orally informing the Tribunal in the course of the hearing that he wished to withdraw his claim because it seemed that he did not have the necessary employment status to be entitled to bring it in the Employment Tribunals AND UPON the claimant also stating that he was bringing a similar claim, for discrimination and breach of contract, about the same facts and matters, in the County Court(1) the claim in the Employment Tribunals has come to an end in accordance with rule 51 of the Rules of Procedure;(2) no judgment dismissing the claim will be issued, because rule 52(a) of the Rules of Procedure applies.
