[1]The correct name of the respondent is as appears in the Heading of this judgment and the respondent’s name is amended accordingly.[2]The Tribunal declares that the claim for unpaid wages and holiday pay succeeds in the agreed sum of £789.91 gross and the respondent is ordered to pay said sum, net of deductions, to the claimant. . Oral reasons having been given, the parties are reminded of Rule 62(3) of Schedule 1 of the 2013 Rules regarding written reasons not being produced unless requested and/or subsequently requested in accordance with Rule 62(3).
