JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim for unpaid wages and unpaid holiday pay is well founded and succeeds.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the following sums:a. £1750 (unpaid wages for 31 October 2022 to 6 November 2022).b. £1250 (unpaid wages for 7 November 2022 to 11 November 2022).c. £3100 (accrued but unpaid holiday pay of 124 hours x £25 per hour).[3]All of the above sums have been awarded gross.[4]The respondent’s counter claim is not well founded and is dismissed.
