JUDGMENT
The unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is that: Case Number:1310874/2022[1]The claim of harassment related to disability succeeds in respect of the allegation of harassment that occurred on 27 June 2022.[2]The remaining claims of harassment related to disability and the claim of harassment related to sex are not well founded and are dismissed.[3]The claim of direct disability discrimination is not well founded and is dismissed.[4]The Tribunal wards the claimant the sum of £1200 for injury to feelings in respect of the successful claim of harassment related to disability Oral reasons having been given, the parties are reminded of Rule 62(3) of Schedule 1 of the 2013 Rules regarding written reasons not being produced unless requested and/or subsequently requested in accordance with Rule 62(3).
