JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim for unauthorised deduction from wages is well-founded. I find and declare that the respondent failed to pay wages to the claimant during the period from 27 September 2022 until 16 November 2022. I order the respondent to pay compensation to the claimant in the sum of £6,360.06 (gross).[2]The claimant’s claim for compensation for the respondent’s failure to pay travelling expenses is well-founded. I order the respondent to pay compensation to the claimant in the sum of £2,151.84 (gross).[3]The respondent, in breach of the obligation to do so, failed to provide the claimant with a written statement of employment particulars. I order the respondent to pay compensation to the claimant for that breach in the sum of £2,284.00 (gross) – 4 weeks’ pay capped at £571.00 per week.
