JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant has received no pay for twenty four weeks up to 19 March 2021 and has received no P45. I have concluded that she is de facto redundant as from that date. She is entitled to a redundancy payment and the respondent is ordered to pay her the sum of £1,199.52 in respect of that claim. I am satisfied that the claimant has taken all reasonable steps to recover this sum from the respondent.[2]The claimant’s claim for unauthorised deductions from wages in respect of outstanding twenty four weeks’ wages is well-founded and the respondent is ordered to pay the net sum of £3790.56 in respect of those claims.[3]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract (wrongful dismissal) is wellfounded and the respondent is ordered to pay her sum of £866.32 (one month’s net pay) by way of damages.[4]The total amount payable is £5856.40.
