The respondent is ordered to pay him damages for breach of contract of £124.50 (one week’s pay).[2]The claimant is entitled, by virtue of regulations 13,13A and 14 of the Working Time Regulations 1998, to compensation in lieu of annual leave accrued but untaken at termination of his employment.
