[1]No response has been presented and there has been no attendance or appearance by the respondent.[2]On the basis of the evidence and information placed before me, I enter a default judgment pursuant to rule 21 of the tribunal rules.[3]My judgment is: a) The claimant succeeds in the following claims only1: i) Holiday pay of £426.40 ii) Pension contribution of £42.16 iii) Unpaid wages/furlough of £1049.60 iv) Unpaid SSP of £249.21 v) Notice pay of £328.00 vi) All other claims advanced by the claimant are dismissed. 1 The awards are gross figures Case Number: 1310731/2020 b) Pursuant to rule 75(2) of the tribunal rules I make a time preparation order in the claimant’s favour of £500.00, which I order the respondent also to pay to the claimant. c) I therefore award the claimant the total sum of £2,595.37 comprising the awards at a) and b) above, which I order the respondent to pay.
