JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claims of unauthorised deduction of wages, breach of contract and breach of Regulation 16 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 were presented out of time and it was reasonably practicable to have presented them in time. The tribunal does not therefore have jurisdiction to hear those claims and they are struck out.[2]The claimant’s claim of breach of Regulation 5 of the Agency Workers Regulations 2010 was presented out of time and it is not just and equitable to consider the claim. The tribunal does not therefore have jurisdiction to hear the claim and it is struck out.[3]For the avoidance of doubt all claims in these proceedings have been struck out.
