JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent agreed the claimant was entitled to be paid her contractual notice pay of one week. That was agreed as £472.88 (gross). It was also agreed a relevant Code of Practice applied to that complaint and the respondent failed to comply with that Code. I found that failure was unreasonable and it was just and equitable in all the circumstances to increase the award by 10% to £520.16 (gross) from which any pension contributions and statutory deductions shall be made.[2]The claimant’s remaining complaints are dismissed.
