JUDGMENT
[1]The claims against the second respondent fail and are dismissed.[2]The first respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £10000.The first respondent shall be free to deduct such sums in respect of tax and national insurance as may be appropriate.[3]The first respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement in breach of contract and is ordered to pay the claimant damages in the gross sum of £3173.00 .The first respondent shall be free to deduct such sums in respect of tax and national insurance as may be appropriate.
