[1]In respect of the claim for breach of contract, the claimant is owed and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £2375.[2]The claim for holiday pay is dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant. Oral reasons having been given, the parties are reminded of Rule 62(3) of Schedule 1 of the 2013 Rules regarding written reasons not being produced unless requested and/or subsequently requested in accordance with Rule 62(3).
