[1]The claimant’s application to amend her claim to include the allegations at paragraphs 71 to 77 of her amended particulars of claim of November 2021 be allowed[2]The claimant’s application to amend her claim to include the allegations in paragraphs 1 to 8, 13 to 15 and 80 to 81 of her amended particulars of claim of November 2021 are not allowed.[3]The rest of the claimant’s further particulars set out in her amended particulars of November 2021 do not require an amendment, they further particularise the complaints already made in her original claim form.
