JUDGMENT
[1]The complaints of:a. unauthorised deductions from pay contrary to Part II Employment Rights Act 1996;b. breach of contract;c. unauthorised deductions and breach of contract in respect of holiday pay;d. in respect of holiday pay under regulation 30 Working Time regulations 1998; ande. unfair dismissal under Part X Employment Rights Act 1996; are dismissed under rule 52, following the claimant’s withdrawal of all his complaints in these proceedings.[2]For the reasons I gave orally at the hearing, the respondent’s costs application is refused.
