JUDGMENT

[1]By consent, the name of the respondent is change to Bakeevencakery Limited.[2]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the first claimant’s wages. The respondent is ordered to pay the first claimant £717.09 in respect of the same.[3]The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the second claimant’s wages. The respondent is ordered to pay the second claimant £351.78 in respect of the same.[4]The above sums are to be paid gross and the claimant is to be responsible for the payment of any income tax and National Insurance Contributions thereon.[5]The respondent is ordered to pay each claimant for their preparation time wasted by the postponement of the hearing on 25 May 2021, assessed in the sum of £104.50 for each claimant.
