JUDGMENT

[1]This has been a remote hearing which has been consented to by the parties. The form of remote hearing was A (fully remote). A face to face hearing was not held because it was not practicable and all issues could be determined in a remote hearing.[2]The claimant’s claim for holiday pay succeeds.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1165.76 gross in respect of holiday pay, calculated as follows: £10,597.83 (total pay) divided by 160 days (total days worked), multiplied by 17.6 days (amount of accrued holiday).[4]The respondent is entitled to deduct such tax and national insurance contributions as may be appropriate before payment is made to the claimant.
