JUDGMENT
[1]Pursuant to r.37(1)(b) - (e) of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution & Rules of Procedure) Regs 2013, I forthwith strike out all the claimant’s claims against the respondent, on the grounds: a) That the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by the claimant has been scandalous, unreasonable or vexatious. b) The claimant’s claims have not been actively pursued. c) The tribunal considers that it is no longer possible to have a fair hearing in respect of the claims.[2]I order that the claimant pay a contribution to the respondent’s costs of £750.00
