JUDGMENT
The respondent made an unlawful deduction from the claimant’s wages. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant unpaid wages in the sum of £662.12 (gross figure, see attached annex).[2]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract (unpaid notice pay) succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant damages in the sum of £105.60 (one week’s pay).[3]The claimant’s claim for unpaid holiday pay on termination of employment succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant holiday pay in the sum of £426.18 (see attached annex).
