[1]The correct Respondent is B3 and is substituted for B1.[2]The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear a complaint under s53 Equality Act 2010 and that claim is struck out and dismissed.[3]The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear the complaint of unfair dismissal as it was presented out of time and not within a further reasonable period and that claim is struck out and dismissed.[4]The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear the complaints of race, religion or belief, sex or sexual harassment discrimination and blacklisting as they were presented out of time and it is not just and equitable to extend time and the claim is struck out and dismissed.
