[1]The respondent’s name is amended to Mobility Bathing Group Limited.[2]The claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction from wages is dismissed upon withdrawal.[3]The claimant’s claim for automatic unfair dismissal and/or detriment on grounds of her having made a protected disclosure is dismissed upon withdrawal.[4]This does not affect the claimant’s claim for ordinary unfair dismissal, which remains listed for hearing, and the claimant’s application to amend her claim to include claims relating to discrimination, which shall be considered at a future preliminary hearing.
