[1]The claimant’s claim for disability discrimination is dismissed upon being withdrawn by the claimant.[2]The claimant’s claim for race discrimination is dismissed upon being withdrawn by the claimant.[3]The claimant’s claim for unpaid wages is dismissed upon being withdrawn by the claimant. AND BY THE CONSENT OF THE PARTIES:[4]The claimant’s claim for unpaid holiday pay is well-founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £1322.50 gross. Note: The sum awarded at Paragraph 4 above has been calculated gross. Upon payment the respondent shall make appropriate deductions for income tax and national insurance contributions and account for them to HMRC. The respondent shall provide written details of such deductions to the claimant.
