Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 In default of the Respondent presenting a Response within the relevant time limit and having regard to Rule 21, Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, the Judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross/net sum of £275.95[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant £450.61.[3]The hearing listed on 26 July 2023 cancelled.[4]The sums payable above are the gross amounts to be paid and the claimant is responsible for any income tax and National Insurance contributions thereon.
