JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant was not discriminated against contrary to part 5 of the Equality Act 2010 and her complaint that she was directly discriminated against is dismissed.

[2]The claimant was not entitled to treat herself as dismissed, her complaint of constructive unfair dismissal is not well found and is also dismissed.

[3]For the avoidance of doubt the claimant’s wages and holiday pay complaints were withdrawn at the Case Management Hearing on 12 June 2020. They are dismissed on withdrawal. Signed by:
