JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim that her dismissal was automatically unfair for breach of section 99 Employment Rights Act 1996 fails and is dismissed.[2]The claimant’s claim that she was discriminated against contrary to section 18 Equality Act 2010 succeeds and she is awarded a judgment against both respondents jointly and severally.[3]The amount of compensation to be awarded was agreed between the parties and it adjudged that the respondents do pay the agreed sum of £7,223.20 to the claimant on a joint and several basis.
