JUDGMENT
[1]It is accepted by the Respondent that there have been unlawful deductions to the wages of Mrs Rynkar but after offsetting overpayments the amount due to Mrs Rynkar is reduced to the sum of £633.24. It is accepted by the Parties this is the amount owed by the Respondent to Mrs Rynkar.[2]It is accepted by the Respondent that there have been unlawful deductions to the wages of Ms Labinska but there have also been overpayments. It is accepted by the Parties that in light of the deductions the amount of the net overpayment to Ms Labinksa has been reduced to £286.05.
