JUDGMENT
Made pursuant to the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013[1]The Claimant’s claims against the First Respondent are dismissed.[2]It is declared that the Second Respondent made an unauthorised deduction of wages in relation to work carried out by the Claimant in the week commencing 13 June 2022. Accordingly, the Second Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £537.01.[3]The Claimant’s claim of for a compensation payment in respect of accrued but untaken annual leave upon the termination of employment (holiday pay) succeeds against the Second Respondent. Accordingly, the Second Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £588. Case No. 1308965/2022
