JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant's complaint for unauthorised deduction of wages under the Employment Rights Act 1996 is not well founded and is dismissed.[2]The Claimant's complaint for failure by the Respondent to provide an itemised pay statement is well founded. The Respondent failed to provide an itemised pay statement to the Claimant as required under section 8 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. The Respondent further finds that unnotified deductions were made from the pay of the Claimant and orders the Respondent to pay the Claimant the sum of £218.07.[3]The £218.07 sum is calculated on the basis of the unnotified deductions made by the Respondent from the Claimant’s pay during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the date upon which the Claim Form was filed with the Tribunal (9 November 2022).
