[1]The Claimant's claim for unlawful deductions is well-founded and succeeds to the following extent1.1 Arrears of pay: work done £265.86 + van issue £117.44 = £383.30;1.2 Pay for notice period (2 weeks’ normal pay) £704.64;1.3 Holiday: £844.48 + £117.44 = £961.92;1.4 Pension £1,728.37; [Subtotal £3,778.23] [Less £397 paid by the Respondent]1.5 Leaving a balance owing to the Claimant of £3,381.23[2]Although well-founded, no separate award is made with respect to the claims for annual leave or breach of contract.[3]The claim for expenses is not well-founded and is dismissed.
