Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross/net sum of £2214.20.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £1144.64[3]The claimant was unfairly dismissed and the respondent is ordered to pay:a. A basic award in the sum of £1,757.91.b. a total compensatory award of 1 years loss of earnings 52 x £163.52 = £8503.04, plus pension contributions 1.26% of the claimants salary, 52 x £2.10 = £109.20 and an additional figure of £400 for loss of statutory rights, giving a total compensatory award of £9012.24.[4]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement of 0.5 days and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £27.90.[5]The total gross amount owed to the claimant is £14,156.89.[6]The hearing listed on 26 & 27 November 2020 is cancelled.
