JUDGMENT
[1]Pursuant to Section 108(1) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 the claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is dismissed for want of jurisdiction.[2]Pursuant to Section 155 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 the claimant’s claim for a redundancy payment is dismissed for want of jurisdiction.[3]At no time material to this claim, was the claimant a disabled person as defined in the Equality Act 2010. Accordingly her claim for disability discrimination is dismissed.[4]Pursuant to Rule 38 of the Employment Tribunals Procedure Rules 2024, the claimant claims for race discrimination, age discrimination, sex discrimination and wrongful dismissal are struck-out on the grounds that those claims have no reasonable prospect of success.
