EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 1308668/2023
Miss C UnderhillClaimantVodafone LtdRespondent
Employment Judge BattisbyDate 30 October 2024

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By an order dated 8 October 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because: 2. The manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by or on behalf of the claimant has been unreasonable in that the claimant failed to attend the hearing listed on 20 September 2024 despite being aware of it, it has not been actively pursued.[3]The claimant has failed to make any representations whatsoever why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
