The claimant’s e-mail dated 18 May 2023 is not sufficient and appears to confuse compensations for unfair dismissal and arrears of pay.[3]The claimant’s earlier email dated 24 February 2023 appears to accept there are no arrears.[4]In the circumstances the claim has no reasonable prospect of success and is therefore struck out and the case will now be closed.[5]The hearing fixed for Friday, 02 June 2023 has been vacated.
