In default of the Respondent presenting a Response within the relevant time limit and having regard to Rule 21, Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, the Judgment of the Tribunal is that:[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1678.31.[3]The sum payable above is the gross amount to be paid and the Claimant is responsible for any income tax and National Insurance contributions thereon.[4]The hearing listed on 20th January 2025 is cancelled.
