JUDGMENT
[1]The tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider the claimant’s claim that she was unfairly dismissed and her claim is dismissed. The claimant’s claim was not presented to the tribunal before the end of the period of three months beginning wither the effective date of termination. It was reasonably practicable for the claim to be brought before the end of the period of three months beginning wither the effective date of termination.[2]The tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear the claimant’s claim of age discrimination and her claim is dismissed. Proceedings were brought after the period of three months starting with the alleged act of discrimination and it is not just and equitable to extend time to allow the claimant to bring her claim.
