JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 16/05/2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because In respect of the Claimant’s claim for constructive dismissal, it has no reasonable prospect of success as the Claimant was employed for less than two years. In respect of the Claimant’s claim for disability discrimination, the Claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 25/03/2024. In respect of both claims, they have not been actively pursued. The Claimant has not complied with Orders and did not attend the hearing listed for 16 May 2024.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out. 6.2 Strike out Judgment – claim - rule 37 Case No:1307953/2023
