It is the Judgment of the Employment Tribunal that:[1]The claim for unlawful deductions from wages is well founded and succeeds. The Respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £7,500 being the salary owed for the month that the claimant worked for them.[2]The claim for breach of contract succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £385.33 being the expenses incurred by the claimant and not reimbursed by the respondent.[3]The claim for unpaid notice pay succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £1730.77 to cover the one week’s notice pay that was not paid to the claimant.
