[1]The Claimant’s claim for unpaid holiday pay is dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant.[2]The correct Respondent to these proceedings is the First Respondent, Crewe Amalgamated Anglers Association/The Mals. The claims are dismissed against the Second Respondent, a dissolved company, and the Third Respondent.[3]The Claimant was dismissed on the grounds of redundancy in breach of contract and is entitled to receive the following payments:a. A statutory redundancy payment in the sum of £2,586.00.b. 11 weeks’ statutory notice pay in the gross sum of £948.26 (gross weekly pay of £86.205).
