JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s equal pay claim relating to the period up to 11 March 2022 is struck out on the grounds that it has no reasonable prospects of success. This is because that claim was validly settled through Acas on that date and the Tribunal is not satisfied that the claimant lacked capacity to settle it.[2]The claimant’s equal pay claim relating to the period from 12 March 2022 onwards was not covered by the Acas settlement of 11 March 2022 and is therefore not struck out.[3]The claimant’s other complaints, including in particular her sex discrimination complaints, are not affected by the above Judgment.[4]Reasons were given orally at the hearing.
