Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 In default of the Respondent presenting a Response within the relevant time limit and having regard to Rule 21, Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, the Judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £510.00.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £960.00.[3]The total sum payable by the respondent to the claimant is £1470.00.[4]The hearing listed on 20th February 2023 is cancelled. The sum payable above is the gross amount to be paid and the respondent is responsible for deductions of any income tan and National Insurance contributions thereon.
