The respondent must pay to the claimant the sum of £1462.31 (subject to deductions for tax and national insurance).[5]The claimant’s claim for pay in lieu of untaken holiday pay for the years prior to October 2018 are unsuccessful and are dismissed.[6]The claimant’s claim for pay in lieu of untaken holiday pay for the leave year commencing October 2018 is successful. The respondent must pay to the claimant the sum of £1566.43 (subject to deductions for tax and national insurance).
