[1]During the “relevant period”, from 10 July 2019 to the date of her dismissal on 7 August 2019, the Claimant was disabled within the meaning of the Equality Act 2010 by reason of borderline personality disorder and is therefore entitled to proceed with her claims of disability discrimination against the Respondent.
