Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 No response has been presented within the requisite time limit and on the basis of the available information before Employment Judge Lloyd;[1]The judgment of the tribunal is that: - a) The claimants’ claims of unpaid wages, breach of contract, unpaid statutory maternity pay and holiday pay are proven. b) I award the first claimant £1687.50, comprising i) Notice pay of £1425.00 gross ii) Holiday pay of £262.50 gross c) I award the second claimant £3517.89 comprising i) Unpaid wages of £2063.19 gross ii) Statutory maternity pay of £1454.70 gross The hearing date of 27 February 2020 is therefore vacated.
