[1]The claimant’s complaint of unlawful deduction of wages against the respondent relating to unpaid wages during July 2019 is well founded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the net sum of £508.11.[2]The claimant’s complaint of unlawful deduction of wages against the respondent relating to unpaid wages during August 2019 is well founded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £880.[3]The claimant’s complaint of accrued holiday pay is well founded and succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £1,320 in respect of 16.5 days accrued but untaken holiday pay.
