JUDGMENT

[1]The complaint that the respondent was in breach of contract by failing to pay the claimant a redundancy payment is well-founded and succeeds.[2]The complaint of breach of contract in respect of notice pay is well-founded and succeeds.[3]The complaint in respect of holiday pay is well-founded and succeeds. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimants’ wages by failing to pay the claimant for holidays accrued but not taken on the date the claimant’s employment ended.[4]The tribunal will decide the remedies to which the claimant is entitled at a further hearing.
