[1]The claimant’s claim of unlawful deduction from wages is well founded in respect of respondent 1 and 2.[2]The claimant’s claim for unpaid holiday pay is well founded in respect of respondent 1 and 2.[3]Respondent 1 is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £715.94.[4]Respondent 2 is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £447.16.[5]The above sums are gross and are subject to PAYE deductions.[6]The claimant’s claim of breach of contract by both respondents is dismissed.
